Life Keeps Getting Better

* Watching, playing, coaching (?) football, baseball, hockey, etc...
* Camping, fishing, hunting, etc...
* Teaching lessons on what it means to be a man...
* Having someone else in the house that better understands your gender...
* Coaching how to pee on a tree for the first time...
* Hearing a voice imitate explosions and gunshots instead of conversation with toys...

These are only a few of the wonderful things I will get to experience now that I will finally have a son!! The sonogram was today and the tech was 100% certain that it's a boy!! He showed us the "stem on the apple", thus providing evidence of his complete and total certainty...and while I am skeptical by nature, I was also completely convinced that it's a boy!! WAHOO!!! It is such an awesome feeling to finally have a boy on the way! We're so excited!! This is very new for us, and the beginning of a fun adventure! We know all too well what it's like to have little girls, so it will be fun to add a boy to the mix. Today was literally one of the best days of my life!! Thank God for accidents...or surprises! Now...everyone post your ideas for a name! I will go ahead and announce that we will not name our son a cutesy, trendy name, so you can feel free to leave out those names. :) Any other ideas would be welcomed!! Examples of what I consider cutesy and trendy are (hopefully this won't offend anyone) Dylan, Tristan, Hunter, you get the idea. I like strong and full names like Alexander, William, Michael, Zachary, etc. Jennifer likes Caleb and Cameron. Go ahead - post your ideas!!

YEAH!!!!!!!!!! I am so exicted for you I can hardly stand it!! Maybe it was all that optimism you had!! :)

Are you trying to get a C name since you already have two K's and one C? How about Conner, Cullen and I like Christopher. I also like Joseph, Jude and I love William!! That may be our boys name!

CONGRATS again!!!

Thanks! I don't know if we'll necessarily go with C or K...maybe. I like Christopher, but that's my nephew's name. Jenn has thrown "Colin" into the mix now. Hmm....

Correction...actually my nephew's name is Christian, not Christopher. We call him Chris though. I have an idea...we could call him Corleone!

Hey, I'm so glad it will be a boy. I like Caled but I think also Constantine is ok 'cause it was an important Rome emperor...then...well, I don't know a lot of american names...give him an italian second name! ;-)

I love Willaim. Very cool name!

in my previous comment I was meaning Caleb not Caled. Marco says Casey is the better name for your son.
